Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Sanctuaria ("the Service") is a cozy mystic creature-collection game operated by Craig Ashley Admans ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Craig Ashley Admans, and by continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential, for activity on your account, and for providing accurate information.
The Service and licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and any premium content you purchase. Virtual items, currencies (such as Moonlight, Starlight, Pumpkins and Celestial Pearls) and creatures have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, fraud, spam or harassment of other players.
- No infringement of anyone's intellectual property.
- No malware, probing, scraping, exploiting bugs, cheating, tampering with saves, or interfering with the Service's security.
- No reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing technical limits.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, artwork, creatures, text and branding. Content you create (such as sanctuary names) remains yours, and you grant us a limited licence to host and display it to provide the Service.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
Service availability
We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, balance or remove features and content over time. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your account data may be deleted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
